Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your order! If something is incorrect, here is how we can help:

• Returns: Items can be returned within 10 days if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Defective or Wrong Item? Contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@crossapparelusa.com with your order number and a photo. We will correct it right away at no cost to you.
